2. SENIOR TOURNAMENT DATES
 
All tournament dates have been available on the NL Fastpitch website and Softball NL website since January.
 
2015 Tournament Dates
St. John's Day (June 19-21)
Senior Provincial (September 4-6)
 
3. MEETING WITH THE CITY OF ST. JOHN'S
 
Upgrades are scheduled for Lions Park, but no timetable provided for the scheduled upgrades. A new infield is the biggest scheduled upgrade and some minor upgrades to the fencing.
 
City of St. John's has approved Sunday, May 31st as the start date.
 
4. SENIOR LEAGUE START DATE
 
Senior League Start Date: Sunday, May 31st
Games To Be Played On Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday
10 Sunday's Available, 13 Tuesday's Available & 11 Thursday's Available
Sunday Games Start Times: 1:00pm & 3:00pm
Tuesday & Thursday Games Start Times: 6:00pm & 8:00pm
 
Note: Topic Of Double-Headers Was Presented And All Senior Teams & Junior All-Star Entry Were To Advise League Of Potential Dates For Double-Headers.
 
5. ACCESS TO INTERMEDIATE LEAGUE PLAYERS FOR 2015
 
All 4 Senior League Teams, as well as the Junior All-Star Entry, were in favor of putting together a list of Intermediate League players that would be interested in playing a few senior games if called upon during the 2015 season.
 
All Teams in the Senior League would have access to this list and could avail of these players if the need arises during the 2015 season.
 
This will be presented to the Intermediate League Teams at the Intermediate League Meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 14th, 2015. Once all of the Intermediate Teams have provided names of players that would be interested in a few senior games if called upon then that list will be made available to all teams participating in the Senior League.
 
Note: Bantam & Midget players can be added to this list as well.
 
6. SENIOR ELIGIBILITY RULE 5-10 (15-MAN PROTECTED LIST)
 
The Eligibility Rule For Senior Is To Remain In Place.
 
Each Senior Team is to submit a 15-Man Protected List. The 5-10 Rule doesn't apply to the individuals on the 15-Man Protected List. If not on the 15-Man Protected List, then must meet the 5-10 Rule.
 
7. SENIOR LEAGUE SPONSORSHIP
 
No confirmation from Molson regarding Sponsorship in 2015.

10. NEW BUSINESS
 
A. Senior League Bat Rule
 
Blair Ezekiel advised the Senior League that after discussions with all of the Senior Teams, more specifically, the following Teams Reps: Stephen Strapp (Kelly's Pub Molson Bulldogs), Jason Hill (Team Hill), Ryan Boland (NTV Hitmen) and Geoff Evely (The Bigs) that it was the unanimous consensus that the players/teams wanted to use the Softball Canada Bat List.
 
Kelly's Pub Junior Canadians Head Coach Paul King was asked at the meeting if he had any objections to using Softball Canada's Bat List in the Senior League. Paul King had no objections.
 
The issue was debated and discussed.
